Fairmont Windsor Park – Arora Group in Egham is seeking an enthusiastic mixologist for our Windsor Brasserie opening. You will welcome guests, tailor recommendations and craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair.

Mixologists in our team have curiosity and passion for flavours, ingredients, and innovative cocktail creations that shine as we explore the world of mixology to create unforgettable memories for our guests.

• Creating a warm welcome and setting the tone for our guest’s experience.
• Assess our guests’ needs, preferences and make recommendations.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Look after the bar – keep it clean and tidy and ensure the alcohol is always secure.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
