Finnebrogue, a leading UK-based food producer in Downpatrick, is seeking a production operative for our mixing room. You will help produce high‑quality meat products on time and in full for our customers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
This role involves physical work and the ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately. The position offers day or night shifts, five days out of seven, with a competitive hourly rate (£13.23) and training-based increases.

Our mixing room is one of the first stages in our production processes and as such you will play a vital role in ensuring that the food we produce adheres to our high standards of quality and integrity.
Good English, reading and writing, numerical and verbal communication skills. Physically capable of meeting demands of the role.
Dayshift: 7am - between 4pm - 5:30pm, 5 days out of 7 per week. Nightshift: 6pm - between 4am-5:30am, 5 days out of 7 per week.
£13.23 with rate increasing on completion of training.
