Job summary

Finnebrogue in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, is seeking an entry-level Packer to join a large production team and help prepare finished products for dispatch. Full training will be provided, making it suitable for candidates with no prior experience.

You will work a day shift, 7:00am–5:00pm, five days per week, earning £13.23 per hour with additional hours available around Christmas. The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and adherence to food hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proven high level of manual dexterity and speed.

The Role

Working as part of a large production team, you will carry some of the following:

• Handle and pack finished product into trays (Packer)
• Correctly pack label, and case up packs ready for dispatch (End of Line role)
• Handle, prepare and pack finished product into trays (Roll Pigs in Blankets)

Hours of Work

Full time, day shift: 7:00am - 5:00pm, 5 days out of 7 days per week
Location be at Down Business Park.

Rate of Pay

£13.23 per hour

Additional hours available in request coming up to Christmas.

Requirements For The Role

• Previous experience within a food environment and an understanding of food hygiene and safety is desirable.
