Job summary

Finnebrogue, a leading UK-based food producer in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, is seeking a customer service officer. You will deliver prompt, accurate responses to enquiries and build strong relationships with Finnebrogue teams to provide excellent information to customers daily.

What It Takes

As a customer service officer, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining excellent levels of service by providing prompt and efficient responses to enquiries. A key part of the role is to build strong relationships within Finnebrogue teams in order to provide accurate information to our customers daily. This is an exciting role for a driven and motivated individual to join Finnebrogue, a market leader in food manufacturing.
