JOB PURPOSE

To be an ambassador who conveys the Brand's philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
  • Develop client relationships through personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with line managers when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to security efforts to prevent product thefts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Experience in a similar role; expertise in the shoe department is a plus.
  • Passion for human relations and sales.
  • Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team.
