Job Purpose

To be the “ambassador” who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. Responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, providing a unique in-store experience, and guiding clients into our world.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to high security standards and be attentive to theft prevention.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in a similar role; expertise in the Shoe department is a plus.
  • Passion for human relations and sales.
