Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Mission Support product area across Luton and Lincoln. You will set the vision, drive the business strategy, and report to the VP of Integrated Mission Solutions, guiding a multi-disciplinary IPT to deliver secure software products for military operations.

You will own the 5-year business plan, manage the portfolio, coordinate Integrated Campaign teams with sales, and develop talent through line management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mission Support IPT with Vision, strategy and governance.
