Job summary

Leonardo in the UK is seeking a business lead for its Mission Support product area, part of Integrated Mission Solutions, based at our Luton and Lincoln sites. You will provide visionary leadership and shape the five-year plan for an expanding portfolio of mission enablement software for air platforms.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, strong stakeholder management, and robust financial acumen to drive delivery and growth across UK and international customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and risks.

• Financial and commercial acumen for strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for the Mission Support business.
• Be accountable for financial performance and 5-year plan.
• Lead Integrated Campaign teams to win new opportunities.
• Line manage and coach the project management team.
• Oversight of cross-portfolio dependencies and resource balancing.
• Lead IPT and report monthly on portfolio performance.
