Job summary

Osashi LTD is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to support project managers and technical teams through procurement to commissioning and handover.

Your role includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing design and installation, and ensuring quality and safety across site activities. You will contribute to reports, registers, and documentation while taking ownership of programme tracking and risk reviews for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.
• Familiarity with construction processes and health & safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the project manager in day-to-day running of projects, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and external stakeholders to manage design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Monitor quality, health & safety, and compliance across site activities.
• Assist in producing reports, maintaining registers, and managing project documentation.
• Take ownership of programme tracking, risk management, and technical reviews.
