Job summary

Deloitte’s London team specializes in mining and metals valuation within the Natural Resources and Industrials group. You will work on valuations of mineral assets and technical reviews of mining projects, contributing to a growing practice across geographies.

You will join a senior team delivering advisory engagements, developing quantitative models, and supporting business development. The role requires strong analytical ability and the drive to mentor colleagues in a collaborative, inclusive

Qualifications

• Proven years' experience in mining/mineral valuations or related financial advisory.
• Exceptional analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts to value mineral assets.
• Ability to read and interpret mineral resource statements and mine plans.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the natural resources & mining valuation practice with partners.
• Deliver multiple advisory valuation engagements on time and within budget.
• Perform financial, technical, and market analysis and build valuation models.
• Conduct technical reviews of mining projects and due diligence.
• Prepare and present valuation conclusions clearly.
• Support staff development and mentoring.
• Engage with clients and manage engagement risk.
• Travel as required.
