Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Minibus Driver to support activities across two Glasgow-area homes. You will transport residents safely to events and outings, assist with daily activities, and help ensure a high standard of care and wellbeing.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a proactive, friendly attitude, and a commitment to Health & Safety procedures. Training and a collaborative work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience driving minibuses is preferred.
• Commitment to resident well-being and safety.
• Flexible and proactive approach to transport duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate the minibus to transport residents between sites and events.
• Ensure passenger safety and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain vehicle logs and complete paperwork as required.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities and outings as needed.
