Job summary

Sanders Senior Living is seeking a friendly Minibus Driver to support our care homes with planned events, day trips and local outings. You will manage bookings across the homes in your portfolio and ensure smooth, safe transport for residents and staff.

The role requires a Category D1 driving license, excellent people skills, and strong time-keeping. We offer induction and ongoing training, parking on-site, and opportunities to progress within the company.

Minibus Driver

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Minibus Driver to support our homes in the area. Our Minibus Drivers work with our homes to facilitate planned events, day trips and short outings to local shops and restaurants.

About you

We are looking for a Minibus Driver with excellent people skills and a flexible approach. You will be organised with great time-keeping skills, as you will be required to manage your diary for bookings across the homes in your portfolio.

Our Minibus Drivers must have CategoryD1 on their driving license.
