About the role

Looking for a driving role where you support people, communities and vital public services?

As a Minibus Driver with Bus Vannin, you’ll be part of a service that keeps people connected to education, healthcare and their communities. You’ll deliver essential transport on behalf of government departments and local bus services, supporting a wide range of passengers across the island and ensuring every journey is safe, reliable and welcoming.

You’ll drive with care and professionalism, creating a calm and supportive environment where passengers feel comfortable and valued. Whether you’re offering reassurance during the journey or working alongside teachers, care workers and hospital staff, you’ll build trusted relationships and make travel a positive experience. Your people‑first approach helps Bus Vannin provide a service that genuinely makes a difference every day.

Please note: This is a term-time-only position and follows the school academic calendar.
