Job summary

Quality Personnel is recruiting a Warehouse Manager to lead the new UK operation in Milton Keynes. You will run the dedicated UK Returns Centre, report as the most senior on site, and help shape the setup and ongoing growth of the site.

Responsibilities include site management with health and safety, running the floor from inbound returns to outbound shipments, leading and training staff, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience running a warehouse operation.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong computer skills including experience with AI tools and spreadsheets.
• Ability to run an operation and make decisions independently, without on-site leadership support.

Responsibilities

• Site management - Keyholding, health and safety, fire safety, first aid and accident reporting.
• Running the floor - overseeing receiving, sorting and scanning inbound returns, putting stock away, inspecting and grading items, preparing outbound shipments.
• Leading the team - training operators, managing hours and attendance, liaising with contractors, motivating the team and monitoring KPIs.
• Reporting and continuous improvement - producing and managing daily figures, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and overall site performance.
