Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in Personal Injury, Military Law experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of CPR rules and litigation procedures.
• Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of individuals or groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of Military-related personal injury matters.
• Handle small claims, fast track, and multi-track cases.
• Engage in advocacy opportunities, where appropriate.

Your Role:

• Manage a diverse caseload ofMilitary-related personal injury matters, includingEmployers’ Liability,Clinical Negligence, andcomplex injury claims
• Handlesmall claims, fast track, and multi-track cases, drafting all necessary legal documentation
• Conductquantum assessments, reviewmedical evidence, andbrief Counsel
• Promote early rehabilitation and case resolution in line with theSerious Injury Guide
• Preparecourt bundles, instruct experts, and provide advice onPart 36 offers
• Engage inadvocacy opportunities, where appropriate
• Supportmarketing effortsand contribute to thegrowth of referral networks
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure quality, innovation, and continued success

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years PQEinPersonal Injury(Military Law experience highly desirable)
