Are you a commercial lawyer looking for an in-house flexible role where you can work from home?

Arbuthnot Yon has an opportunity for a lawyer to join a national retail business which is going through an exciting period of change. They are looking to expand their legal team to support growth.

This role involves advising on a range of commercial legal matters, including commercial contracts, technology, data protection, and compliance areas.

You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, working closely with business colleagues. Broader legal areas include technology agreements, data protection, IP issues, compliance, and disputes, with support from external law firms as needed.

We are seeking commercial lawyers with at least 4 years’ PQE, gained in-house or in private practice.
