Role Overview:

As an Investment Manager based in Milan, you will be an integral part of a lean, high-performing team focused on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments across Italy and continental Europe. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities
• Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memoranda
• Support senior team members in deal structuring and negotiations

• Conduct industry and market research to identify new trends and investment theses
