Role Overview

As an Investment Manager based in Milan, you will be an integral part of a lean, high-performing team focused on sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing private equity investments across Italy and continental Europe. Key Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and execution of new investment opportunities
• Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memoranda
• Support senior team members in deal structuring and negotiations
• Monitor portfolio company performance, working closely with management teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Conduct industry and market research to identify new trends and investment theses
• Actively contribute to fundraising, investor reporting, and internal strategy discussions

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A), or top-tier strategy consulting
• Proven track record in executing transactions and managing investment processes end-to-end
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Milan and integrate into the local market
