Job summary

Dick Lovett Hungerford is seeking a customer-focused sales adviser for MINI to deliver an outstanding experience and guide customers from enquiry to handover.

You will respond quickly across digital, phone and walk-ins, using a consultative approach and continuously expanding your knowledge of MINI models. This role supports the Dick Lovett and MINI standards and offers a clear path for professional development.

• Deliver an outstanding experience by exceeding our customer expectations throughout their journey with us.
• Deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.
• Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the MINI products and models through brand and group training.
• Maintain the high standards of MINI and Dick Lovett group.
