Responsibilities

• Work with Application Owners & technical teams to capture application readiness.
• Document dependencies, operational procedures, and business impact.
• Support migration planning aligned to cutover schedules and readiness gates.
• Engage stakeholders to secure approvals and manage risk.

Skills

BA experience within data centre / infrastructure / storage migrations

Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams

Understanding of change governance (CAB) and migration planning concepts

Ability to translate technical detail into clear business communication
