Job summary

We are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-priority separation programme in a major UK consumer brand’s Digital Engineering function. The role focuses on a cloud tenant migration and RFPs for HR and Finance systems, demanding rapid onboarding, workshop leadership, and production of clear requirements for vendors.

The candidate will gather requirements, document processes, and facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams, including third parties, in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience facilitating workshops and driving consensus across multiple teams.
• Ability to produce high-quality requirements documentation and process maps.
• Significant Business/IT analysis experience on complex technology migrations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define approach to user migration between Azure tenants including mailbox, storage, SharePoint and OneDrive requirements and configuration.
• Understand current cloud application integration to enable redeployment into a new Azure tenant.
• Capture business requirements and review processes to support RFPs for replacement HR and Finance systems.
• Engage business/technical owners and third parties to produce clear, well-documented requirements.
• Translate strategy into practical requirements and process documentation.
• Lead interaction between owners and technical delivery teams, including third parties.
• Work across multiple concurrent workstreams with prioritisation.
