Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as Technical/IT Business Analyst.
• Experience in data migration, IT transformation, system integration.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• On-site in London, five days per week.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define needs.
• Bridge business and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Analyse processes and systems to identify improvements.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across project phases.
• Support project coordination and follow up on deliverables.
• Participate in testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
