Qualifications

• 8+ years of data and content migration experience within enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of project leadership and customer-facing consulting experience.
• Strong communication of complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences industry regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Vault R&D migration projects.
• Own migration projects from strategy through execution.
• Advise customers through ETL process.
• Coach and mentor Data Migration Specialists.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance migration tooling.
