Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Migration Consultant for the EU/UK to lead Vault R&D migrations and guide clients through data transfer from legacy systems into Vault. You will be the primary SME, collaborating across Product, Sales, Strategy and Delivery to shape solutions, mentor teammates, and drive successful migrations while traveling up to 20% and working remotely within the EU/UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large-scale document/content migration or enterprise data migration
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role
• Ability to communicate technical strategy to all levels, including executives
• Hands-on experience leading and mentoring teams
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Lead Vault R&D migrations and transfer data from legacy systems to Vault
• Advise customers through ETL processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Share best practices and mentor teammates
• Drive tooling innovations and define ETL implementation strategy
• Support delivery by scoping and estimating for Vault R&D products
