The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder at our Sandbach site. This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for suitable candidates with welding expertise and a reliable work ethic.

Shifts include Days and Noons with 38 hours per week, offering £15.00–£16.00 per hour and weekly pay. Immediate starts available and ongoing work with potential permanent placement for the right person.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience is essential.
• Able to maintain high welding standards.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Own welding mask required.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Weld components to specification and ensure weld quality.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
