Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing seeks a skilled MIG Welder for a Sandbach site. The role focuses on welding heavy steel fabrications from drawings, producing accurate assemblies, and meeting production targets.

You will work a day shift with stable hours, join a busy workshop, and benefit from company pension and on-site parking as part of a permanent path from temporary to permanent employment.

Skilled MIG Welder

Temporary to Permanent Vacancy

Location: Sandbach CW11

Salary from £15.00 per hour PAYE, paid weekly

Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

The Role

We’re looking for skilled MIG Welder with strong hands‑on Welding experience to support increasing workload and long‑term production demand.

The work is varied, practical, and engineering-focused

What We Are Looking For

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel fabrications
• Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
• Fabricating one-off and short‑run assemblies

• Supporting production output targets safely and efficiently

Hours & Overtime

• Standard Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
• Friday: 07:30 - 13:30

Pay & Benefits

• from £14.00 per hour depending on experience, weld test, and capability
