Job summary

The Best Connection Walsall is currently recruiting a Production Welder with MIG welding experience to join a well-established manufacturing company in the Bloxwich area. Your main task will be MIG welding to engineering drawings and specifications.

Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, you will produce high-quality welds, inspect finished work, and support the production team to meet daily targets. Weekly pay and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Production welding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MIG welding on a variety of metal components.
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Producing high-quality welds to required standards.
• Inspecting finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Supporting the production team to meet daily targets.
