JAM Recruitment Ltd in Redditch is recruiting a Production MIG Welder for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position.

You will weld from engineering drawings, produce consistent, high-quality MIG welds, and inspect finished pieces to meet strict standards in a busy manufacturing environment. Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-12:30pm, with potential long-term progression.

A Production MIG Welder position is available in Redditch, paying £14.00 per hour on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis.

Working hours run Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, concluding at 12:30pm on Fridays.

This role suits an experienced fabricator who can produce consistent, high-quality welds from engineering drawings.

Daily duties involve MIG welding varied metal components, inspecting finished pieces for defects, and maintaining output standards within a manufacturing setting.
