Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder for a long-established structural steel company near Bournemouth. The role focuses on MIG welding with TIG as a bonus, and starts ASAP on a 12-week probation.

Hours are 06:30-16:00, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and salary increments after probation. Onsite parking, pension, and holiday allowance are included in the package.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience is essential.
• TIG welding experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• CSCS card is beneficial, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly MIG welding in a structural steel fabrication environment.
• Overtime available; flexibility to work additional hours.
• Starting salary is competitive depending on experience and salary increases after probation.
