Aspirare Recruitment is seeking two skilled Welder / Fabricators to join our production workshop in Cambuslang. You will perform high-quality MIG welding on steel doors and frames, and fabricate components to tight tolerances that meet exacting specifications.

This full-time role offers a reliable starting hourly rate of £15.20, with steady weekly hours in a well-equipped workshop and a straightforward onboarding process designed to bring you up to speed quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in MIG welding on steel doors and frames.
• Strong background in stainless steel fabrication and light fabrication welding.
• Capability to cut and finish metal components neatly to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Welding & fabrication of steel doors and frames to high quality standards.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping raw metal materials per job drawings.
• Grinding, sanding, and finishing components to meet strict quality guidelines.
• Operate fabrication machinery safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
