Collide Technical Recruitment is recruiting an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator for a family-run engineering business near New Milton, Hampshire. The role is workshop-based, with a starting hourly rate and excellent opportunities for long-term development.

The position offers a modern van for personal use, early finish on Fridays, and optional extra hours on Fridays to boost earnings, within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience in an engineering/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding and fabrication of components for bespoke industrial machinery.
• Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Prepare, assemble and weld metal components to a high standard.
• Produce accurate, high-quality welds meeting requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and assembly teams.
• Support manufacture of specialist machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment.
