Job Description

We are a well established specialist supplier / manufacturer of bespoke lifting equipment and general fabrications.

We are looking for a MIG welder / fabricator for fabrication of mild steel lifting equipment, produced from both standard steel stock sections and machined parts. Experience in TIG welding would be an advantage but is not essential.

Applicants MUST have extensive understanding and experience in fabrication, fabricating accurately being a key element of the role. Also being able to tack, weld and grind accurately to meet our standards and to work at an effective and efficient pace.

The successful applicant must be able to produce fabrications from engineering drawings, working closely with our machine operator and follow a weekly schedule reliably, as well as overcome and adapt to changes and hurdles.
