About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join a busy fabrication workshop on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role focuses on aluminium fabrication (2mm+), working from drawings to produce high-quality, bespoke components.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding of aluminium components (2mm and above)
• Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings
• Fabrication tasks including cutting, bending, and assembly
• Operating workshop tools and machinery (saws, grinders, presses)
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet production goals
• Keeping the work area clean and safe

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience MIG welding aluminium
• Ability to accurately work from drawings
• Skilled in general fabrication techniques
