Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for MIG Production Welders in Worcester. You will weld components to high quality standards, reading engineering drawings and specifications, and setting up welding equipment to meet production targets.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 with weekly pay and online payslips. This temporary-to-permanent role includes 28 days annual leave pro rata and perks at work discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing welding role preferred.

We are currently recruiting experienced

MIG Production Welders

for a busy manufacturing environment.

The role involves MIG welding and assembling components, working to production requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG welding components to a consistent and high standard
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Setting up and operating welding equipment
• Checking weld quality and finished products
• Meeting production targets and deadlines
• Following health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Production or manufacturing welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work efficiently within a production environment

Shift + Pay Rate

• Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00
• £19.99 after 37 hours and Saturday AM
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata for PAYE)
