Job summary

Pulse Nursing is seeking a registered Midwife for shift-based work in London. The role involves antenatal, intranatal and postnatal care during inpatient stays within a tier-0 network of trusts, offering exclusive shift access.

Shifts are available with flexible patterns including full-time equivalent hours in the Euston area. Requirements include six months recent midwifery experience, NMC registration, DBS/Occupational Health checks, and UK right to work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience within the last year as a Midwife (NMC registered)
• RCM or Unison membership
• K2 or Prompt training
• NMC Registration of 6 months
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
• Right to work within the UK – Proof will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide antenatal, intranatal and postnatal care to all women during their in-patient stay and maintain a supportive relationship with them.

You will work within the midwifery team to provide antenatal, intranatal and postnatal care to all women during their in-patient stay and have an important and valuable relationship with them.

Pulse Nursing have recently secured a Tier 0 status with five well established trusts in North Central London. Having a Tier 0 status means that we receive advanced notice of shifts before other agencies, with exclusivity of these shifts.

We are offering a variety of shift patterns, including the option of full-time equivalent hours, in the Euston area (closest station is Warren Street) paying between £24.00 - £37.55 per hour.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of six months experience within the last year as a Midwife
• RCM or Unison membership
• K2 or Prompt training

Registered Nurse Role Requirements:

• NMC Registration of 6 months
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
• To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References and Updated CV
• Right to work within the UK – Proof will be required.
