Pointer Ltd. is seeking a proactive Service Engineer to inspect, maintain, and install a wide range of security systems across the Midlands. You will provide expert advice, deliver first-class customer service, and manage your workload to meet service and installation deadlines.

Role includes standby and call-out duties, with a focus on reliability, safety, and professional on-site conduct. A full UK driving license is essential, and the Midlands-focused role offers ongoing development

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in electrical or security industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in security and/or electrical industry.
• Proven service environment experience with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and install intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Manage workload and meet service/installation deadlines.
• Diagnose faults, repair components, and ensure reliable operation.
