• Senior leader with experience building or growing underwriting or broking propositions.
• Strong understanding of underwriting markets and broker needs.
• Track record of setting commercial direction and developing market relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead a new regional underwriting division in the Midlands.
• Build a proposition around existing underwriting markets, expertise and broker relationships.
• Set the regional growth plan and turn it into practical priorities for the business.
• Develop relationships with brokers and other market partners across the region.
• Work with senior colleagues to shape the division and leverage wider business capabilities.
