Stride Resource Management Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Managing Director to take responsibility for the performance, growth and strategic direction of an established commercial insurance broking operation. The role offers a basic salary of £100,000-£120,000 with a discretionary bonus and hybrid working flexibility.

You will lead a business with strengths in Motor Fleet and Motor Trade, while expanding into S&A and international opportunities to drive growth and strong client relationships.

• Significant leadership experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies balancing revenue, profitability and client retention.
• Experience leading teams and building an accountable, high-performing culture.

• Take ownership of the commercial performance, direction and development of an established insurance broking operation.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing business and generate sustainable new revenue.
• Oversee a portfolio with strengths in Motor Fleet and Motor Trade alongside broader commercial risks.
