Ipsum is seeking a Client Services Manager to drive growth across the Midlands wastewater and drainage sectors. Based in the Midlands, you will nurture client relationships, identify opportunities, and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead to delivery.

Responsibilities include tender support, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to regional growth strategies while ensuring successful project mobilisation and completion.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in wastewater, drainage or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong client networks in the Midlands.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and secure new opportunities through industry networks.
• Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Support tender preparation and framework submissions.
