Job summary

CoTé Software & Solutions is seeking a Midweight Designer to join the Group Creative team, working across our brand portfolio. You will take briefs from initial idea through to final execution, shaping how our brands look and feel across digital and physical touchpoints.

The role involves ownership of projects, collaboration with marketing and internal teams, and the opportunity to see work come to life in menus, packaging and in-venue collateral.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, typography and visual thinking.
  • Experience across brand identity, campaigns and multiple formats.
  • Ability to develop an idea rather than simply execute a brief.
  • Strong digital, social and print design skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions across all brands.
  • Take projects from brief and concept through to final artwork and production.
  • Create campaigns and visual identities across digital, social, print and physical spaces.

About the role

We’relooking for a talented, ambitious Midweight Designer to join our Group Creative team and work across our brand portfolio.

Reporting to the Group Creative Lead,you’llbe a key creative partner within the team,taking briefs frominitialidea through to final execution, bringing your own thinking to the table and helping shape how our brands look,feeland communicate.

You’llwork across digital and physical touchpoints, from campaigns and social through to menus, packaging, print,signage, in-venue experiences and video.

It’sa role for a designer who wantscreative ownership,varietyand the opportunity to see their work come to life in the real world.

Whatyou’llbe doing
Creative & design
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions across all our brands
  • Take projects frominitialbrief and concept through to final artwork and production
  • Create campaigns and visual identities across digital, social,printand physical spaces
  • Design menus, packaging, signage, promotionalmaterialsand in-venue collateral
  • Support the evolution of existing brand identities, protect our distinctive codes and apply throughout all touchpoints, both evergreen and campaign-led
  • Some experience in video and motion would be desirable
  • Work confidently across different brand personalities,audiencesand visual languages
  • Bring ideas,referencesand cultural thinking to creative conversations
  • Present creative concepts and explain the thinking behind your work
Production & delivery
  • Create high-quality artwork across print and digital formats
  • Prepare production-ready files and manage artwork through to delivery
  • Work with printers, suppliers, photographers,illustratorsand other external creative partners
  • Ensure work isaccurate,consistentand beautifully executed
  • Helpmaintainorganised brand assets and creative files
Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand,digitaland other internal teams
  • Translate marketingobjectivesinto strong creative solutions
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines whilemaintaininga high creative standard
  • Take ownership of projects while knowing when to ask for input or direction
  • Support and collaborate with our Junior Designer, sharing knowledge and helping raise the overall quality of the team's output
Whatwe’relooking for
  • Around3–5 years’ professional design experience
  • A strong portfoliodemonstratingexcellent graphic design,typographyand visual thinking
  • Experience working across brand identity,campaignsand multiple formats
  • Someone who can develop an idea rather than simply execute a brief
  • Strong digital, social and print design skills
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout,compositionand image
  • Good knowledge of print production and artwork
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work at pace and manage multiple briefs simultaneously
  • Experience inhospitality, food & beverage, retail, lifestyle, fashion,cultureor a similarly fast-moving consumer brand environmentwould be abonus, butisn’tessential
