Job summary

Scope AT Limited is seeking a Senior Middleware Platforms Support Lead to manage and optimize critical middleware services in a 24/7 financial services setting. The role requires hands-on leadership across IBM MQ, AutoSys, Splunk, and enterprise integration platforms to ensure resilient operations.

You will drive incidents, automation, monitoring, and platform reliability improvements while supporting major incidents and after-hours production operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on IBM MQ administration and production support.
• Experience with AutoSys or equivalent workload automation and Splunk.
• Proven experience supporting critical production services, including on-call and major incidents.

Senior hands-on technical leadership role responsible for supporting and improving business-critical Middleware platforms within a 24/7 financial services environment.
