Job summary

Schonfeld is offering a ten-week Operations internship in our London office. You’ll work with senior management across core operations, asset servicing, technology, and more on high-profile projects.

You will gain formal training, mentorship, and exposure to trade lifecycle, settlement processes and data integrity efforts while collaborating with multiple groups within the hedge fund.

Qualifications

• Interest in gaining Operations experience at a hedge fund.
• Basic understanding of capital markets, investing, and hedge fund strategies.
• A keen analytical eye with high regard for attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Trade Lifecycle Management – support post-trade processing to hydrate internal systems.
• Trade Settlement Management – assist with resolving settlement breaks with prime brokers.
• Data Integrity Improvements – help create and improve centralized databases.
