Interns will shadow professionals, network with colleagues, and have opportunities for future graduate pathways. The internship runs from 14 June 2027 to 20 August 2027, with a salary of £37,000 pro-rated for the duration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical information.
• Broader business awareness and a basic understanding of how the asset management industry operates.
• Curiosity about how businesses operate and how Finance supports decision-making.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership and follow through.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with willingness to develop technical and AI skills further.
• Interested in developing a long-term career in Finance.

Responsibilities

• During the internship, you may support work across financial planning and analysis, finance operations, regulatory reporting, control activities and business partnering.
• This could include analysing financial information, preparing presentations, supporting reporting processes, improving ways of working, and collaborating with colleagues across Finance and the wider business.
