Salary: MPR5 £46,800 - UPR3 £56,154 Outer London + SEN Allowance (£2,787)

About You

An opportunity has arisen for you to develop your leadership practice at Woodlands School.

What we need is an exceptional Middle Leader with responsibility for Inclusion.

The role will include responsibility for community engagement and inclusion, positive behaviour support & the Thrive approach, and leading a priority subject/s across the school. The successful candidate will teach a class 4 days a week and have Middle Leader / PPA time for 1 day a week.

We are looking for a practitioner who is keen to take on a new challenge and is able to initiate creative approaches to learning and inspire other teachers.
