Mount Street Academy is seeking a Midday Supervisory Assistant for term-time work 38 weeks per year, starting ASAP. The role involves 7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) supervising children during lunch and outdoor play, with occasional rota duties for pot washing using an industrial dishwasher.

The successful candidate will be friendly, flexible, reliable and capable of building relationships with children and staff at all levels.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, caring and organised person to join our team of midday supervisors.

The role will primarily involve supervising children while they eat their lunch, which may include nursery children, and also supervise during outside playtime. You will also be placed on a rota for pot washing duties which will involve using an industrial dishwasher.

The successful applicant will need to be able to build a relationship with children and staff at all levels.
