Job summary

Dussindale Primary School in Norwich is looking to appoint two Midday Supervisory Assistants to support pupils during the lunch break, Monday to Friday, 12.00–1.00pm, term time only. The role focuses on supervising pupils to ensure their safety and wellbeing in the dining room and during playtimes, with duties including table clearing, moving furniture and chair stacking.

Dussindale Primary School is looking to appoint 2 enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistants.

Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to display patience, enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility and reliability. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Duties will include the supervision of pupils over the lunchtime period ensuring the safety and well-being of pupils in the dining room (includes table cleaning, moving duties, and chair stacking), playground supervision or classroom supervision during wet playtimes and engaging with children in play.
