Job summary

Coppice Primary Partnership in Maidstone is seeking a permanent Midday Supervisor to support lunch hours. The role focuses on creating a safe, caring environment, supervising play, and promoting healthy eating.

You will work with staff and pupils, communicate with parents when needed, and help ensure a calm, welcoming dining hall. Term-time, 38 weeks per year, with potential for 2–4 days per week.

Job description

We currently have a permanent vacancy for a Midday Supervisor.

We are looking for an individual with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils. Experience within a school setting is desirable but not essential.

The hours of work are between 11.30am and 1.15pm, Monday to Friday. Working 2, 3 or 4 days per week will also be considered. This is a term time only post (38 weeks per annum).

A First Aid certificate would be desirable but not essential.
