Trumpington Park Primary School in Cambridge is seeking a Midday Supervisor to oversee pupils during lunch breaks, mainly in the dining hall and playground. The role is term-time only, part-time and 1.25 hours daily, with flexibility as needs change.
The ideal candidate will have experience with children, an understanding of safeguarding, and good communication and teamwork skills. Training opportunities in first aid are available.
Monday to Friday - 1.25 hours per day (Monday to Friday 12 noon to 1.15pm)
This is a term-time only role required as soon as possible
Salary: £3,511 (Actual Salary per year) Meridian Trust Support Staff - Grade 3 Point 3 (based on 6.25 hours per week)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisor to join the team at Trumpington Park Primary School. The role will involve supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises during the lunch period. You will be expected to monitor the well‑being and behaviour of the pupils and to also assist in the setting up/clearing away of the lunchtime areas, where necessary. A willingness to undertake first aid training would also be beneficial to the role. You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team and a degree of flexibility may be required as the role may change throughout the year, depending on the needs of the pupils. You will be responsible to the Midday Coordinator and Headteacher.
