Job summary

Brookside Academy is seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor Assistant to supervise pupils during lunchtimes and support safe, positive play. You will assist in dining areas, promote respectful behaviour and help with safeguarding. Training will be provided, and the role suits those seeking term-time employment.

Qualifications

  • Full training and support will be provided.

We are now seeking a committed and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor Assistant (MDSA) to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As a Midday Supervisor Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that lunchtimes are safe, enjoyable and positive for all pupils. You will support children in the dining hall and playground, helping to create an environment where they can eat, play and socialise safely.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Supervising pupils during lunch breaks in the dining hall and playground
  • Supporting children with positive play and social interactions

  • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging respectful relationships
