Job summary

Rushcliffe Spencer Academy is seeking three Midday Supervisors to oversee pupils during lunch, assist the midday team in the dining hall and supervise outdoor recreation. These term-time roles are split across posts with 12.20pm–2.25pm shifts and approx 10.25 hours per week (Posts 1–2) and 4.17 hours for Post 3 (two days).

Ideal applicants enjoy working with children, communicate well, show patience and reliability, and can encourage safe, orderly behaviour during lunch breaks.

Job description

We are looking to appointment 3 Midday Supervisors for the supervision of pupils throughout the lunchtime period, supporting the midday team and other staff on duty in the dining hall and outside recreation areas.

Hours of work:

Posts 1 and 2

• Monday to Friday 12.20pm - 2.25pm, term time only
• 10 hours 25 minutes per week

Post 3

• 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) 12.20pm - 2.25pm, term time only
• 4 hours 10 mins per week
